Administration is in Turin, Italy, under the management of an American who has lived there for years. Personal relationships have been established with property owners. We have intimate knowledge of each property and specialize in accommodating the special needs of our guests; property owners welcome the opportunity to interact with their renters.

Many of the properties are in Piedmont, site of the 2006 winter Olympics; many consider this area to be the hidden jewel of Italy. In recent years the area has become known for the culture of Slow Food.

Properties are also available in wonderful seaside resorts in Liguria, Sardinia and Sicily, as well as palatial villas in the Lake Region. A few select rentals are also offered in Venice and Rome.
