Primarily known to tourists for Venice, in fact this is a very pleasant region, full of beautiful cities that are still relatively unspoiled, such as Padua, Verona and Vicenza, with their palatial Palladian villas that go all along the Po Valley. Good food and wine, and architectural wonders.
