Legal and fiscal management of the company is in Houston, Texas; administration is in Turin, with the guidance of  an American who has lived there for years and well knows the needs and desires of both the travelling guests and the Italian owners.

We know all the owners and homes personally.

 

Minimum rentals are for one week; a few properties are available for an extended period.  Homes are all fully equipped, and the owner or a friend will greet you and make you feel at home.

Rental fees are all inclusive, with the exception of telephone bills.
