On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment, 90 meters. There is a living room/dining area, with a small kitchen; it has a window and balcony with southern exposure. There are two bedrooms: one is a double bed, the other has three single beds, on either end of the internal corridor. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment has a washing machine and dish washer. It can accommodate four or five people.
