A unique 200 meter apartment in what is defined as a "neochalet," pictures of which have appeared in several magazines, due to its combined style of a rustic mountain home along with studied furnishings and crafts from various areas of the world. The house has a small garden. There are four levels: a basement with a small bedroom and bath, as well as a garage. The main floor has a living-room dining room, with a fireplace; a kitchen area is attached, with a dish washer. There is a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom on the same floor. On the floor above there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The top floor has a large open space with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower; there is a single sofa bed in one corner. Eight people can be accommodated. There is a private garage.
